Prestige Suncrest's payment plan ensures customers can easily and conveniently make cash payments in small, burden-free instalments. This well-organized payment schedule consists of 24 instalments spread over 4 years. A buyer must pay five times a year, GST included.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 2% plus GST is paid at the time of possession notice. This is the final installment.
